My blonde hair is FAKE?

So my hair is naturally reallllly blonde. People always ask me if it is real, and i'm proud of that lol. So when you've had blonde hair your whole life, you kinda get sick of it and that's when I dyed my hair red ("auburn"). It was supposed to come out in 12 shampoos, but since my hair was light, it stayed. So like 2 months later I got sick of the red... I got the brightest box of blonde hair dye and dyed it blonde. I kept getting scared it was going to look bad so the first 2 times I kept it in for like 15 minutes. Some of the red was still there so I was like AHGGG and I got a new package of hair dye and left it in for half an hour. My hair was brighhhhhhhhhhhhhht blonde almost like white. And it looks soooo fake lol. I now have blonde roots that look light brown against the bright blondish white hair. Is there any hair dye I can get that automatically picks up my natural hair color? Because I can't find anything that matches my natural hair... Any products like that?

it is a color reverser and it gets u back to your natural colour but not fully

but watch out u dnt damage ur hair with all the dying

if u really really want ur actually color back u should just let it grow out i know it will look Gross but its better then having a colour u dnt want and not being able to get ur natural hair colour back

ooh I've had that problem. I would go to an actual hair dresser and get them to fix it. They will be able to find your exact colour

ahhh....man that sucks you dyed ur blonde too many times which sucks that's why it is so blond now...Well really blonde hair is cool so leave it like that you should do it like this...

I have naturally light light blonde hair like u do to btw......maybe you could get it professionally since by a hair stylist so it looks good =)

hey girl... i completely understand what you're going through! The biggest mistake you can make is to keep putting dye and high lights on your hair.... Its only going to damage it. I would suggest going to the salon and going with an all over light brown color with some highlights... it'll look natural and be a nice change.

Sometimes they can do a color corrector... i've had it done and personally dont recommend it (It made my hair feel gummy...) but i have friends who've said it worked wonders.

Greetings, lol you described it well. I've had this happen before. Mine was right before a wedding too, I wanted a darker shade, dyed it dark then changed my mind and went to light but it didn't go light, dark roots and light ends.

Red is very hard to get out of your hair once in there. You should go to a hair dresser but I understand how the cost is. The only other option is to go a darker shade of blonde and then maybe highlight it until it grows out. I would use Revlon hair color remover, it takes all color out and leaves your hair a yellow-orange color which means you can dye over it, but you can't go light light blonde. I would go with a darker blonde like dark ash blonde, then highlight it. Leave it that way for a while then you can go 1 shade lighter next time, and keep doing that until it's your own color, or go to a salon and get it fixed.
