my mom wont let me die my hair cuase she is worried that the dyes will ruin my hair. what can i do to make my hair light blonde that is fast and easy and wont damage my hair. please add good details. my hair is dirty blonde.

other than that, there is little that will work and keep your hair in good condition and turn a nice color.

I'm with Saira C. peroxide is NOT a good lightening agent. It will leave your hair in a worse condition than a real dye job would and WILL NOT be a blonde you like.

Another thing to keep in mind too, is despite what some may tell you, if you don't like the way it turns out, you CANNOT simply dye it back to your natural color. Any time you lighten you are removing and altering pigment from your hair which has to be replaced to go back darker.

You can try lemon juice and a blow dryer that will lighten your hair some. Maybe your mom will let you try highlights? Or you could just go out in the sun but that will take months. I hate to break the news but anytime you lighten your hair you are doing some damage to it...because you are changing the structure of it. Just remember to use a good conditioner.

I hate to say it, but there is nothing that fits your description. If someone here says otherwise, I would say it is not trustworthy. The ONLY way to lighten your hair, is with peroxide and the like and it WILL damage your hair. Its just the way of it. You should not attempt to make something at home, ever. This is your head we are talking about after all. Some people use products such as "Sun-in", which can be purchased like box colors. Although it is essentially the same, permanent and somewhat damaging. It is a chemical that reacts with direct sun. I'm sure if you told your mother you are considering a home made dye job she might fold and take you to a salon. Try to work with her and see what happens. Sorry I can't give the answer you would like, but I work in a Salon and have seen the outcome of such ideas. Please trust me on this one. Also if someone suggests dumping peroxide on your head, please realize that is redic.

Use some lemon juice %26amp; go out into the sun,. or, use a hair dryer. The only thing with lemonjuice, though, is that it will make your hair really dry, so, make sure you are using a good conditioner. ( I used this method when I was "too young to lighten my hair" )
