I'm really blonde and I want to dye my hair brown tomorrow, any tips?

I have super blonde hair that I dye myself every month.

As you can see in the pictures, the top of my head is kinda a different color blonde from the rest of my hair. I think it's because when I dyed my roots, I left it in too long or something...

But I want to dye my hair brown...

okay. so i like totally cheated and looked at yr yahoo page...which actually showed yr myspace where you can see better pictures. and you totally look like 2 different people between when you are blonde and when you are brunette.

i can honestly say you look so much more sophisticated and mature and classy with the dark brown hair. and i would dye it that exact same shade again---like a chestnut brown. it looks soooo much better!!

i would go with brunette, it compliments your skin tone. all i know is that you shouldn't use any ash browns it will turn your hair a funky green, especially with how platinum you are right now...but don't go too dark spring is coming!!

I actually like that hair color. You may want to go a ash blonde... BUT I advise you to go to a salon if your going to go an ash due to the side affect of your hair turning green. Brown I think would be a little too dark and the contrast wouldn't be that great against your skin tone. I would say a dark ash blonde, medium blonde, or light ash brown. I think those would look the best with your face shape and skin tone. When you decide on the color phone the toll free number on the hair box and ask questions on how to prevent side affects, etc, etc.

Blonde looks more natural and fits your face better. Maybe it's the picture, but brown seems like you're trying to hard. Blond gives the impression you don't have to.

Your ends look like they would "grab" the color differently than the rest of the hair. You might not like the result you get if you dye it brown on your own. A stylist would most likely add some warm pigments back into your ends before dying it darker so they don't turn black or a "mucky" color.
