Hair question? Platinum blonde har turned blue/greyish Please Help??

Here's what happened. My daughter has her hair 2 toned, black on the bottom and platinum blonde on top.

I took her to the stylist on Sunday and they bleached her top area because she had purple dye in her bang area, it ended coming out a light orange, then we went back to him the next day and he added a blue/black dye in the bang area where the orange was, and it actually came out well. She washed her hair today and some of the black dye ended up getting on her blonde hair in the bang area and now she has half of her blonde a blueish/grey color, I need to know if there's anything I could take it out with without having to strip it or go back to the salon.

Your advise is greatly appreciated.

i think wots happened is he gone over with the purple dye in a tempopary colour and of course it start to wash out i think you should go to a different salon its your only choice and theres nothing really you can do but you should get a professionals advice.
