My blonde hair gone wrong?

I had my hair done yesterday at the hair dressers.They did chocolate brown foils and bleached the rest. The foils didn't reach the top of my hair and the bleach on the roots is like platnium blonde! I wanted a subtle blonde! Im going to another hairdreser today because i don't wish to return to who did it! What can they do to fix it! Its like platnium, with orange tinge to the roots. i like the rest of my hair though! plz help

i hope you get your hair dye after they bleached it, anyway i think it will need an extraction of color and then again to bleach it and then the dye

If you return, they should at the very least give you your money back, even if you don't feel comfortable letting them try and fix it. Use that money to go somewhere that your friends recommend or has good online reviews and make sure you explain what was done, otherwise you could end up with dyes conflicting, which can go very badly.
