i have blonde hair... i want blue %26amp; black streaks in it... but i cant find a website with a good pic of my idea...

I wasnt able to find any pics of the colors you are describing but I did find a blonde with blue streaks, maybe this will help you or searching the site further you can find something more to your liking. Good Luck.
