If you make your hair white with the bleach, that means it is over processed, just bleach it to a very pale yellow and then use a toner on it to make it more of a natural pale blond.

You can lift it with bleach if it is to dark. If it has yellow tones, you ca n use a purple shampoo called shimmer lights, it will pull the yellow out. I use this shampoo once a week just to keep my blonde from being brassy.

have you ever seen sun-in? i use it to lighten my brown hair. it has lemon juice in it and you spray it in and either go in the sun, or you can blow-dry your hair. i'd use conditioner afterwards, though ~you can probably get it from walmart.

if the yellow blonde and the strawberry blonde looks good on your skin the white blonde may make you look washed out. Also every time you lighten your hair you strip it and it easy to break. If you go this way any way use a product that say they add moiture.

go to walmart and get bleach blonde and also some vo5 hot oil on it after a couple days so your hair dosent dry or get split ends.

It would really be better for healthier hair to go get your hair lightened at the salon. They will condition your hair and anything else needed. The more you do to your hair the dryer it will get which will then begin breaking off if you continue to use these lightening based products. Your hair becomes porous. It would also be a good idea to use a protein product to help strengthen your hair. I like to use frost and tip for my hair. It is a success.
