What are some good Blonde Hair dyes?

I am a natural blonde, but I dye my hair a few shades lighter, or sometimes a little bit of a different tone. My hair is naturally a medium to light ashe blonde, and I prefer blondes that are more on the neutral or beige area. I am having problem with damage from drug store brands that I use (L'oreal, Herbal Essence).

Does anyone know of any good brands for blonde hair, or that are more gentle on the hair? Or anything that can be used to help prevent damage or repair the hair.

If anyone wants to be (or is) a blonde, you should ALWAYS go to a salon. It's too easy to mess the colour up, and once you do, it looks tacky to the extreme.

Also, blonde (like red) is a tricky colour to match with your skin tone. A professional colourist will know exactly what to do, and they'll treat your hair with the care it deserves.

I've always used Herbal Essence, but now I just get my hair done at a salon. Its too easy to mess up your own hair. Spend a little extra (unless you know what your doing). You'll be much happier with the results.
