Blonde Hair - GONE GREY!!! Help!?

My friend recently retouched her roots with a bleaching kit, eand it blended her hair color well into an all over golden blonde. She decided a few dark blonde low lights would look good, and added small amounts of "Superdrugs down Natural Blonde" to her hair. The box claimed her hair would go darker blonde, but when rinsed, the result was a grey/blue/green/.!! What can she do to get rid of this discusting color!! would a gold blonde hair dye (semi) work??

Whenever you screw up with hair dye, you do not want to do anything else by yourself because you can screw it up even more. Go to the hair salon because they know what they're doing and they will fix it up for you.

same thing happened to me with hair bleech, never touched it again

what I did was get a blonde toner that dies it down. i put that on and it went like a greyish colour. then put a normal blonde dye over it and my hair was the best it has ever been. even better than a hair dressers.

that was 2 years ago and the colour grown out. never got the same colour since unless i do that all over again :)

go to hair dressers and they will strip it and put a colour of ur choice u want i have done this many times

Shave the lot off and wait for nature to take its course...

golden blonde OTC haircolour will do nothing now but add to the mess, i assume that the haircolour she used was a lightener and hence not intended for use on people with bleached hair?! she should of used a professional neutral dark blonde haircolour as then the hair couldn't pick up any base colours (hence why it has turned so many funky shades) try Goldwell 6NN this should work to tone down all the funky shades to a dark neutral blonde
