Brown hair to blonde with pink?

Im thinking of getting blonde hair with pink highlights but i have brown hair.

does anyone know a good hair dye what will dye my hair blonde, not just light brown, ive tried it many times before and all i get is lightish brown hair. also where can i get pink highlight dye?

(also i dont want to damage my hair!)

i live in london, england. so please dont mention any foreign brands.

Errrm...you can't dye your hair from brown to blonde with pink without damaging it I'm afraid!! The best way to get it done is professionally so that it's done with no mistakes. You realise that once you go blonde you have to wait for it ALL to grow out before you can dye your hair again?

You would need to get a bleaching kit and bleach the whole of your hair first then after about a week ad the pink bits in.

Use Jerome Russell BBlonde Bleaching kit (thers differant ones for differant hair colours) As its the same as used by proffesionals and was brought out by a hair dresser.

You can get them from most stores such as Boots, superdrug, etc....

You need to bleach your hair.

You could g a small sachet of bleach from a chemist or pharmacy, or Hairdressing Suppliers.

You will need to mix that with 9% Peroxde (30vol)

You could do it by use of a tip cap or foils

mix about 2 tablespoons of Bleach Powder and the same amoun tof peroxide. If you can do it yourslf you could grab pieces of hair, not too thick and use foil yourself, or pick tips through first. it will take a good 10-20 minutes to lighten to a very light yellow. Wash that off, shampoo it and towel dry it very well.

im sorry love, changing your hair from brown to blonde, you must bleach it to allow the hair dye to appear blonde on your natural dark hair, along with that you can highlight the pink during the same time. but not to mention, it IS very bad for the hair.

the bleach is better to be professionally done, as mistakes will be limited. ideal hair salon in london would be "headquaters"
