Blonde Hair Vs. Red Hair?

I dyed my hair red this past summer and while I like it, I also like the blonde color it was before and red just fades so fast and keeping up with roots is a pain. i'm thinking of going back to blonde. What do ya'll think?

Sorry I look really bright in the blonde pic, but its the only one i have on my photobucket except this one with a randon friend of my sister's kid and its a little weird and unmakeupy, but less bright then the other one which is too makeupy.

Also the red on is my latest pic and I'm seriously thinking about how to change the style. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

i like layers, but have had them for years and am thinking an evener cut would be different.

i'd go with the red, because it brings out your eyes more, and maybe go with an evener cut. yeah, i think an evener cut would be good.
